Laura Kurczyn

I am currently an Economics Ph.D. student at the University of Michigan.

Prior to my graduate studies at the University of Michigan, I worked as a research assistant at ITAM, and as an economist at the Research Division of Banco de Mexico.

I received my BA in Economics from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and also finished the MA in Applied Economics coursework there. I studied inequality and mobility in the Mexican labor market for my undergraduate thesis.
